Techno-Functional Project Manager

Position Title : Manager Techno Functional Years of Experience (YOE) : 5 10 years Industry : Media or FMCG, with a focus on Sales & Distribution functions Location : Preferred location is Mumbai (Delhi-based candidates may also be considered) Key Skills : - Strong IT skills, including ERP experience - Solid understanding of Sales & Distribution processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Notice Period : Up to 60 Days Roles & Responsibilities : End-to-End Project Management : - Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of IT applications projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to define objectives, deliverables, and key performance metrics for each project phase. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering : - Actively collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and analyze both business and technical requirements. - Ensure that proposed solutions are optimally aligned with both the technical environment and the specific needs of the Sales & Distribution & Specifications Management : - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation across multiple projects, including sequence diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications. - Ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible to stakeholders, enhancing project transparency and workflow. - Agile Project Management and Team Collaboration - Actively participate in Agile teams, contributing to all Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. - Practical experience with Agile methodologies is essential; the role requires hands-on involvement rather than theoretical knowledge. Technical and Functional Knowledge in ERP and Web Technologies : - Demonstrate a strong understanding of ERP applications and web technologies. - Functional expertise in Sales & Distribution processes is highly preferred, allowing for seamless integration of technology solutions within the business and Presentation Skills : - Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate project updates, objectives, and outcomes effectively. - Able to interact with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong working relationships across technical and business teams.
