Job Title : AEM Architect - Life Sciences Location : Chennai / Hyd Job Type : [Full-Time] Job Description : As an AEM Sites Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions tailored for our life sciences projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital platforms meet industry standards and regulatory requirements while providing an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities : - Architectural Design : Design and implement scalable and efficient AEM architectures that align with business objectives in the life sciences domain. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AEM solutions that meet compliance and regulatory standards. - Best Practices : Establish and enforce best practices for AEM development, including component design, content modelling, and SEO strategies. - Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM sites, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Integration : Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems (i.e., CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools) to enhance functionality and data flow. - Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 10 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms. - Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks. - Experience in the life sciences domain, with knowledge of industry regulations (i.e. FDA, HIPAA) preferred - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (ref:hirist.tech)
