SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant - ABAP Module

Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionality, as well as strong technical skills to make code/ABAP changes and write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to support our business processes and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : - Work closely with business users to gather and understand requirements for SAP CRM solutions. - Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs. - Write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) to clearly document requirements. - Create and maintain SAP CRM configurations. - Make code/ABAP changes to SAP CRM solutions. - Test and troubleshoot SAP CRM solutions. - Provide ongoing support to SAP CRM users. - Work with other teams to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are integrated with other systems. - Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP CRM technologies and trends. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 years of experience with SAP CRM. - Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality, including sales, service, and marketing modules. - Experience with ABAP programming. - Experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
