Job Description
Exp Range : 8-10 YEARS. Job location : Chennai (either 1CH office or client office as per need). Contract Duration : 6 months (Contractual Role). Shift Timings : 12 PM - 9 PM. Role : ITSM. Billing : As per the market Standard. Job description : - Defining and supporting team to implement Infrastructure SLI/SLO. - Creating the Operational flow design Including Incident management, problem management, Release management, change management, event management. - Defining and implementing the Operational SLI/SLO. - Support customer to integrate ticketing tools into Platform and implement the SLI/SLO. - Preparing the Operational procedure document describes specific judgment criteria in conditional branching for each use case. - Perform the Operation Evaluations (including evaluation plan) using defined SLI/SLO. - Support team for Rehearsal of operations using the Production environment. - Collaborate with multiple internal and customer stakeholder for readiness of service operations for production environment. - Good hands-on experience in SLA, SLI, SLO at infrastructures and service operations. - Good knowledge in ITIL framework of service delivery. - Good hands-on experience in Incident management, problem management, Release management, change management, event management. - Good understanding of AWS Cloud infrastructure and monitoring metrics. - Good in leadership and technical skills.
