Role : Controls And Automation Engineer. Experience : 5 years. Notice period : Immediate. Skills : Rockwell, SCADA HMI, PLC, Controls Automation. Job Description : - Hands on experience of executing- Automation- projects for Manufacturing facilities preferably in CPG / Automotive / Packaging domains. Required : Deep knowledge FTView SE/ME application development, RSLogix/Studio 5000, SIEMENS TIA, WinCC flexible, Wonderware Archestra. Required : Knowledge of plant Historians and reporting tools. Required : VB/C++/VB. Net Scripting. Required : Rockwell / Schneider / Siemens PLC hardware selection and programming knowledge. Knowledge of- Engineering package for Process plant upgrade. Desirable DCS/MES experience. Desirable : Experience in motion control programming, preferable in Rockwell Kinetix. Desirable : Fair understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems. - Ability to work independently. - Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. - Ability to analyze the problem and provide solutions during the trouble shooting situations. - Help create- Engineering work processes. - Execute automation projects from concept to completion, specifically in the [Target Domain (CPG/Automotive/Packaging)] industry. - Leverage your in-depth knowledge to deliver best-in-class solutions. - Own the development and implementation of control systems using industry-leading platforms like FTView SE/ME, RSLogix/Studio 5000, SIEMENS TIA, WinCC flexible, and Wonderware Archestra. - Utilize plant historians and reporting tools to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Employ your VB/C++/VB.Net scripting skills to automate tasks and enhance system functionality. - Select and program Rockwell / Schneider / Siemens PLC hardware to effectively control and monitor equipment. - Embrace the latest technologies and stay up-to-date with trends in process plant upgrades and engineering packages. - While a strong understanding of DCS/MES systems and experience in motion control programming (especially Rockwell Kinetix) are a plus, your dedication to continuous learning is valued. - Demonstrate a solid grasp of low voltage electrical systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
