Job Description - 6 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. - Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and SQL. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript). - Knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic content in email campaigns. - Strong understanding of data modeling and marketing automation best practices. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM integration. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance. Preferred Certifications : - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant. - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer. - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Architect. Responsibilities : - Conduct business analysis to understand client needs and marketing goals. Design and implement robust Marketing Cloud solutions, including : - Journey Builder : Craft personalized customer journeys across email, mobile, social, and web channels. - Automation Studio : Build automated workflows for triggered emails, lead nurturing, and more. - Email Studio : Design and execute high-converting email campaigns with a focus on deliverability and engagement. - Contact Builder : Manage audience segmentation and data quality for targeted campaigns. - Leverage SQL to extract and analyze marketing data for insightful reporting. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and SSJS. - Create dynamic email content using AMPscript. - Champion data modeling best practices for optimal campaign performance. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM for seamless data flow and enhanced customer insights. - Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively optimize platform performance.
