Role : ServiceNow ITAM Developer Exp level : 4 -7 Years Experience Job Location : Remote Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to enhance and maintain our ITAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in catalog development, integration support, business continuity management, and both hardware and software asset management. A commitment to quality assurance and documentation is essential. Key Responsibilities : Catalog Development and Support : - Design and implement IT asset catalogs within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and detailed asset information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine asset categories and attributes. Integrations and Support : - Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. - Provide technical support for integration issues and implement necessary enhancements. Business Continuity Management : - Contribute to business continuity planning related to IT asset management within the ServiceNow environment. - Identify risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them. Hardware Asset Manager Development and Support : - Oversee the management of hardware assets, including procurement, lifecycle management, and compliance with policies. - Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hardware assets. Software Asset Manager Development and Support : - Manage software asset processes, focusing on licensing, usage tracking, and compliance within ServiceNow. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize software asset management practices. Quality Assurance and Documentation : - Implement QA processes to validate the accuracy and reliability of ITAM data and workflows. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ITAM processes and systems. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 - 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT asset management or related roles. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM modules and functionalities. - Experience with ITAM best practices and methodologies. - Proficient in scripting and ServiceNow development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
