Key Responsibilities : Architect and Design : Lead the design and development of Android applications from inception to deployment. Architect scalable, robust, and reusable solutions that align with industry best practices. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership to a team of Android developers. Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure quality across all development efforts. Performance Optimization : Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features. Security & Compliance : Implement and enforce best practices for security and privacy in Android applications, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws and and Skills : Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 10 years of experience in Android development, with 3 years in an architecture or technical leadership role. - Proven track record of designing and implementing high-performance, scalable Android Skills : - Proficiency in Android SDK, Kotlin, and Java. - Deep understanding of Android frameworks, architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room), and Android Jetpack. - Experience with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating mobile apps with backend services. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and integrating mobile applications with cloud services. - Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for Android and ability to collaborate with designers. - Experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of build tools (Gradle, Maven) and version control (Git). - Proficiency in testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.
