Role : Servicenow Developer Mandatory : Servicenow Developer Scripting ITSM (Any one : CSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, GRC, Service portal,Event Management) Work Experience : 3 - 16 Years Work Location : Pan India Job Description : - Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex information to clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Proficient in client handling through proactive communication and relationship management. - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, applying it in custom development, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow. - Experienced in implementing ITIL processes, optimizing workflows to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency. - Expertise in designing and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, delivering robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. - Strong technical delivery skills, including comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow solutions. - Proven ability to create, modify, and optimize workflows within the ServiceNow platform, streamlining business processes. - Proficient in generating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, providing actionable insights for tracking KPIs and decision-making. - In-depth knowledge of ITIL V3 processes, ensuring all solutions follow best practices for IT service management. - Skilled in creating script-based assignment and approval rules aligned with business workflows. - Expertise in developing Business Rules and UI Actions using GlideScript for process automation. - Proficient in creating and managing GlideRecord objects and using other key objects within ServiceNow. - Experience in creating custom related lists and scripting Access Control Lists (ACLs) for data security and permissions. - Capable of writing script-based UI Policies and Client Scripts to enhance user experience and automate front-end processes. - Strong debugging skills, effectively resolving issues in complex ServiceNow scripts. - Hands-on experience customizing User Interfaces using Jelly scripting to create dynamic UI components. - Skilled at working with complex log files for troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. - Experience in user administration, managing roles, permissions, and access within ServiceNow. - Expertise in web service integration, facilitating seamless data exchange between external systems and ServiceNow. - Proficient in user interface level integration to enhance usability and functionality on the platform. - Experience in setting up and managing MID Servers for secure communication between ServiceNow and other systems. - Expertise in using Import Sets to load data from external files or databases into ServiceNow, ensuring smooth data migration and integration.
