Job Description : Responsibilities : - Technical Support : Provide comprehensive technical support to internal development teams leveraging the platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. - Incident Management and troubleshooting : Efficiently handle incidents reported by internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. - API Integration Support : Assist internal and external users with integrating Platform APIs, offering guidance and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation. - Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation on various API/product technical behaviors, standardizing support processes and empowering users with self-service resources. - System Monitoring : Actively monitor system health, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to proactively prevent issues and ensure high availability. - Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for system improvements, contributing to backlog prioritization and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and user experience. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback. Requirements : - Bachelor's / master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Good understanding of API integration and support. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure is a plus but not required. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (ref:hirist.tech)
