iAgami Technologies - Lead Full Stack Developer - Javascript/Node.js

Experience Level : 5-8 Years. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. - Design and develop high-quality web applications, both front-end and back-end, using modern technologies. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and security of the applications. - Architect and implement solutions for complex technical challenges. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose their adoption when relevant. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and resolve technical problems. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Continuously improve development processes and best practices within the team. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science. Preferred Qualifications : - Proven experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks - Strong proficiency in server-side technologies, including Node. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging skills, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage projects and tasks. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (ref:hirist.tech)
