Technical Service Engineer - Azure Administration

Key Responsibilities : - Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. - Implement and manage Azure security protocols to protect data and applications within the cloud environment. - Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard data integrity and availability. - Utilize orchestration tools and automation to streamline deployment processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical problems. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance. - Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding Azure cloud services. - Stay updated on the latest Azure technologies and trends to continuously improve services and solutions. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate) are mandatory. - Strong experience in Azure administration, security, orchestration, and cloud management. - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
