Position Summary : As a Data Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data architecture initiatives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Designation : Data Solution Architect/Data Architect Exp : 9 Years Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : -Immediate to 30days Skills : - Databases : Cloud data platforms (CDP), Data Lake/Delta Lake, Databricks/Spark, Snowflake, Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, MongoDB, Azure SQL, Redshift, Oracle, MySQL - Programming : Python, Scala, R Programming, PHP, Golang, .NET, C#, Shell Scripting, NodeJS. - Technologies : Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, JBoss, DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef). Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain the overall data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet current and future needs. 3. Design and implement scalable and high-performance data models, data warehouses, and data integration solutions. 4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and analysts. 5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the organization's data capabilities. 6. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated data solutions. 8. Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data systems. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 10 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database design. 3. Leverage domain expertise in Cloud & Digital Transformation, Data Management, Integration, Analytics, and Security. 4. Proficient in working with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS Applications (ADO, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, etc.). 5. Hands-on experience with a variety of programming languages, databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and technologies. 6. Proven experience with leading data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query). 7. Expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes and data integration solutions. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. 9.
