Job Description : SAP PS (Project System) Consultant. Experience : 6 Years. About Us : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PS (Project System) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP PS, with a strong background in project management and integration, and will be adaptable to work in a hybrid environment, including remote work in India and on-site assignments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities : SAP PS Implementation : - Design, configure, and implement SAP PS solutions to meet project management and business requirements. - Develop and maintain project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project networks. - Lead project management initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live. Integration and Optimization : - Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules (e., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) and external systems. - Optimize project management processes and system configurations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PS functionalities and integrations. Project Management : - Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful project outcomes. Stakeholder Management : - Work closely with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. - Provide expert guidance on SAP PS best practices and functionalities. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and project teams. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest SAP PS features, updates, and industry trends. - Propose and implement enhancements to existing SAP PS solutions and processes. - Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices in project management. Requirements : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field. - Master's degree preferred. Experience : - 8 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS), with a proven track record of successful implementations and project management. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP PS solutions, including project structures, cost planning, and project control. - Strong knowledge of project management processes and integration with other SAP modules (e. , SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO). - Experience with SAP PS reporting and analytics. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment. - Willingness to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as required.
