Team Lead

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead with YOE 4-6yrs to manage and lead our full-stack development team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB, along with strong leadership and project management skills. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development of scalable and high-performance applications while guiding the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Role & Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices. - Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js (Express). - Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and other services. - Work with MongoDB to design, implement, and maintain high-performance database solutions. - Leverage Docker and serverless technologies like SST to streamline deployments and infrastructure management. - Optimize application performance and scalability across the stack. - Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all development and deployment processes. - Experience with other backend languages like Go. - Security knowledge and best practices. - Curious and eager to learn : We love people who always look for new ways to improve themselves and our platform. - Proactive and problem-solving oriented : We thrive on challenges and encourage independent thinking to find solutions. - Team players : We believe in collaboration and value someone who can work effectively with others to achieve common goals. - Positive and enthusiastic : We have a fun and fast-paced environment, and we want someone who brings positive energy to the team.
