Neutrino Advisory - Senior SAP IBP Developer - Support & Implementation

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in SAP's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module with focus on Real-Time Integration (RTI) or Cloud integration data services (CI-DS). This role will be pivotal in guiding our clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP IBP solutions to streamline their supply chain and enhance overall business performance. Working Hours : 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM (IST) Key Responsibilities : - Cross Functional Leadership : Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs and work towards validation of changes with business using established change management procedures - Solution Design : Lead the design of SAP IBP solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring scalability and seamless integration with existing systems. - Integration Expertise : Provide expert guidance on SAP's Real-Time Integration (RTI), ensuring efficient and timely data flow between SAP IBP and other relevant systems. - Implementation : Develop end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP, from requirements gathering to post-go live support. - Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and deliver innovative IBP solutions to meet their strategic objectives. - System Optimization : Continuously review and enhance the performance and functionality of IBP modules, ensuring best practices are followed. - Documentation & Best Practices : Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote the adoption of best practices in SAP IBP architecture and RTI integration. - Training and Workshop : Develop training materials and help to support workshops to increase IBP proficiency within the organization Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Supply Chain Architect in APO/IBP or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations and support. - Proven experience as a Developer, with a focus on SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and RTI (Real Time Integration). - In-depth knowledge of SAP's IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization. - Strong experience with SAP RTI, ensuring seamless data synchronization across systems. - Ability to lead large-scale SAP implementations, from design to deployment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other related SAP modules, including SAP public/private cloud, is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - SAP certification(s) preferred but not required.
