Senior Manager - Cyber Security

Job Description : Minimum Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, engineering, or business studies with information security major/ minor along with deep interest in technology risk, security and IT governance. - 12 years of Cybersecurity consulting work experience with a strong background in IT security strategy development and execution, business development, sales, client relationship management, and team management. Certifications : ISO 27001 LI/ LA (mandatory) CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM (preferred). Skills : - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, SOX, NYDFS, PCIDSS, FFIEC, MAS,SWIFT, etc. - Experience and working knowledge of information security principles, techniques and architectures. - Good knowledge on new developments in cybersecurity and privacy services, capabilities and industry knowledge. - Possess excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Consistently delivers high quality work. - Ability to meet deadlines. - Able to Multi-task. - Proven initiatives in providing guidance to junior members of the project team. - Demonstrates readiness to take decisions. - Displays initiatives and takes accountability for delivery of work. - Assumes manager responsibility on delivery of assignments where required.
