SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description : Salary : 3 - 25 LPA Years of experience required : 1-3 years - Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules, particularly focused on Payroll for India. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll Processing : - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations. - Handle complex payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and reporting requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize payroll operations. - Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, patches, and best practices in payroll management. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, etc.). - Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes. - Experience with SAP Payroll configuration, schema, and rules. - Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes. - Coordinate with the stakeholders during the requirement gathering and execution phases. - Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration, and Testing the complete process cycles. - Possess strong knowledge of Organization Management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS. - Should have strong knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management. - Integration knowledge across modules. - Good to have exposure to PSU processes. - Involved with the technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes. - Involved in user training workshops, documentation, and handling day-to-day issues. - Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops. - Should have Good Communication Skills - Should have experience in handling a team - Client interfacing - Experience in migration project, BIB replication - Excellent interpersonal note : The candidate must be willing to travel anywhere in India to work onsite (ref:hirist.tech)
