Please carefully read the job description below to apply : Company : IT Company Role : Senior Business Analyst Type : Permanent (No third-party payroll) Experience : 8-12 years Location : Nagpur, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai Joining : 0 to 30 days / Immediate Joiners Must Have : - Banking and Financial Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of the banking and financial domain. - User Requirements and Data Mapping : Ability to understand user requirements, build business matrices, and create source-to-target mappings for automated data feeds and visualizations. - Project Planning and Estimations : Contribute to estimations and project plans for data engineering and analytics teams. - Data Analytics and Visualization : Understand data analytics processes and lifecycle, and proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI (Power Platform). - SQL and Agile Methodology : Skilled in writing SQL for data analysis and experienced in Agile methodology. - Business Requirements and Custom Processes : Convert business requirements into implementation-ready epics and user stories, and design custom processes and systems for data analytics, including creating frameworks, standards, and procedures. Good To Have : - Understanding of AI solutions - Excellent Data Modelling skills (RDBMS concepts, Normalisation, dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema etc) - SAP or Workday knowledge and experience. - Hands on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus Qualifications : - 7-10 years of experience as Business Analyst with strong understanding of the Banking and financial domain - Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus) - Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) is added advantage - Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods Qualities : - Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm - Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations - Able to consult, write, and present persuasively - Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team - Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback - Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones - Research focused mindset - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and engage with business function leads. - Conduct detailed business analysis, evaluate and improve business processes, and develop new strategies. - Understand user requirements, analyze data sources, and create Source to Target Mappings for automated data feeds and visualizations.
