About the Role : Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert with a passion for designing and implementing technical solutions? If so, we encourage you to apply for the Application Engineer, Oracle Technical HCM Cloud position at TrueBlue In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in our Enterprise Technology and Applications team, collaborating with a talented group to optimize and extend our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment. Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to achieve defined business objectives. - Leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM processes, application design/ development/ testing/ deployment, and technical architecture. - Partner with functional consultants and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and deliver technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. - Act as the internal technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM, providing advanced technical support and guidance. - Manage configurations, integrations, data conversions, Fast Formulas, Reports, and Extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud. - Oversee data integration and security with extended PaaS (Platform as a Service) applications. - Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration with Oracle HCM Cloud. - Lead the process for data cleansing and conversion activities, coordinating with source systems. - Recommend and advise on the utilization of Oracle Cloud tools for reporting, analytics, BI Publisher Reports, data conversions, and integrations. - Manage user roles and ensure appropriate controls and segregation of duties. - Develop and implement production and ad-hoc reporting solutions using various reporting tools to address complex business queries. - Analyze incoming requirements for potential system impact (conflicts, integrity, risks) and user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within supported Oracle Cloud HCM applications. - Engage Oracle Support and other resources to research and resolve complex issues. - Support testing activities for patches, upgrades, reports, new configurations, and workflows. - Perform regression testing during Oracle releases. - Lead technical unit testing efforts. - Collaborate effectively with functional teams to ensure optimal system design. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 5-7years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud technical systems analyst/developer. - In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technologies like BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Conversions, etc. - Strong understanding of underlying Oracle HCM tables, data structures, integration points, and related technology processes. - Excellent analytical, data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving skills, particularly for troubleshooting complex technical issues. - Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience collaborating with teams in multiple countries (a plus). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. - Understanding and experience with Oracle OIC, OAC, and FAW (a plus). Technical Skills : - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management - Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Skills : Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Approval Management Engine, Personalization (Redwood and Responsive), Data Loading Tools (HDL, HSDL), HCM Extract, HCM Cloud RESTful Services, VBCS.
