Primary Technical Skills : - Strong fundamental networking knowledge of OSI layer, TCP/IP, BGP, layer 2-4 protocols. - Hands-on experience in network hardware devices Juniper MX Series Devices, Cisco Nexus , Arista etc. - Good Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Switching Protocols. - Hands-on Experience in network deployments. - Good remote troubleshooting skills. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams. - Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English. - Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports. - Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business. - Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities. - Ability work as On-Call Support.
