Oracle BPM Developer

Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of Oracle BPM developers - Design, develop, and implement complex business process automation solutions using Oracle BPM Suite 12c/11g - Develop and maintain reusable BPM components and integrations - Leverage BPMN 2.0 for process modeling - Implement business rules using Oracle Business Rules engine - Design and configure human workflows to manage user interaction within processes - Integrate with Oracle WebServices and leverage SOA principles (SOAP/REST) - Seamlessly integrate Oracle BPM with Oracle Fusion Applications (preferred) - Utilize Oracle ADF for building user interfaces within BPM processes (preferred) - Manage version control using Git or SVN - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle BPM Suite - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Oracle BPM and related technologies Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in Oracle BPM development - Strong expertise in Oracle BPM Suite 12c/11g and Oracle SOA Suite - Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 modeling, Oracle Business Rules, Human Workflow, Oracle WebServices, XML, XSLT, XPath, and XQuery - Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications (preferred) - Knowledge of Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) (preferred) - Solid understanding of SOA principles and web services (SOAP/REST) - Experience with version control systems (Git/SVN) - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication (or equivalent) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge (preferred) - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
