Flutter Developer - iOS/Android Platforms

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and engaging mobile applications for iOS, Android, and potentially cross-platform frameworks like Flutter. - Utilize Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, Flutter testing frameworks, Riverpod, and Go Router to build stunning and functional mobile and web experiences. - Implement clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and implement new features. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment. - Leverage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.) for automated deployments. - Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment. - Track and analyze user behavior using tools like Mixpanel to improve app performance and user engagement. - Maintain a deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. - Clearly communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 12 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on iOS, Android, and/or cross-platform frameworks. - 3 years of relevant experience in Flutter web and mobile development (a plus). - Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools and methodologies. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Experience leading a team or managing a project is a plus. - Experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
