VLSI Design Engineer - SoC/RTL Design

Profile : VLSI Design Engineer Open for PAN India Junior and Senior Role Job description : - Responsible for the design and development of the electronics for Maticas card printers and related products, including generating formal specifications, verification tests and production documentation for release - Responsible for RTL design, SoC integration and work hands-on in the development cycle Must have : - Hands-on experience and expert-level knowledge in RTL design and coding - Hands-on experience and expert-level knowledge in SoC integration of ARM core based designs - Experience in working with AMBA Bus- AXI, AHB, APB - In-depth understanding of Verilog/VHDL and ARM SoC architecture - Hands-on experience and expert-level knowledge in ASIC Synthesis - Participate in SoC specifications reviews and contribute to micro-architecture definitions - Front end digital design and implementation - RTL coding, CDC, Lint, and synthesis - Develop design constraints and coordinate to debug both functional and DFT test issues - Supervise/mentor young engineers for task assignment and ensure productivity and quality - Project coordination and status update - Help to improve SoC design methodologies and verification quality - Support IP/Design Verification/Firmware/Software System/Production teams to provide the necessary support for timely closure of assigned blocks design and implementation issues - Component selection and evaluation, circuit schematic design and simulation, PCB layouts, design verification and validation - Generation of engineering documentation - Perform architecture and micro-architecture electronic hardware design and development - Develop overall CPU based electronic hardware with pipeline hardware structure - Develop the product and run / debug the circuitry end to end to assure full functionality, circuit integrity and full performance parameters - Contribute to the overall success of the Engineering team - Ownership of the design, synthesis, testing and release of all electronics for the product Qualifications : - Bachelor or Masters Degree - Minimum of five years of CPU based design and development experience using advance designed tools and latest / fastest chip technology of the class at the most efficient cost (ref:hirist.tech)
