SAP FICO Product Costing Consultant - GL/AP Module

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Configure product costing parameters, such as cost components, cost estimate levels, and costing variants. - Set up material ledger and process order costing. - Define costing strategies for different product types. - Implement and maintain material ledger to track material costs in real-time. - Perform material ledger closing activities and variance analysis. - Configure process order costing to track costs associated with production orders. - Set up settlement rules and variance analysis for process orders. - Execute period-end closing activities for product costing, including cost estimate runs, material ledger closing, and settlement. - Analyze cost variances and identify root causes. - Implement corrective actions to improve cost accuracy. - Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as PP, MM, and SD. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for product costing issues. - Perform system upgrades and enhancements. - Train end-users on product costing processes and system functionalities. - Document processes and procedures. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on Product Costing. - Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and CO. - Strong knowledge of product costing concepts, such as standard cost, actual cost, and variance analysis. - Experience in material ledger and process order costing. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus. - Certification in SAP FICO is preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
