Lead SAP TRM Consultant

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute the long-term vision for the organization's TRM strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize TRM requirements, ensuring they are effectively addressed. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and optimize TRM processes. - Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP TRM modules, including Cash Management, Liquidity Management, FX Management, and Interest Rate Risk Management. - Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) and third-party systems. - Configure master data, transaction types, workflows, and authorizations to meet business needs. - Analyze existing TRM processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. - Design and implement efficient workflows and controls to streamline operations and reduce risk. - Collaborate with business users to optimize data quality and reporting. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of risk management frameworks, including counterparty risk, market risk, and liquidity risk. - Monitor key risk indicators and proactively address potential issues. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries. - Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning. - Lead and mentor a team of SAP TRM consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP TRM, including modules like FS-TRM, FS-CM, and FS-RM. - Deep understanding of treasury and risk management concepts, including cash management, liquidity management, FX, and interest rate risk. - Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP TRM configuration, including master data, transaction types, workflows, and authorizations. - Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus. - Certification in SAP TRM modules is preferred.
