SAP Ariba Consultant - Integration & Implementation

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain custom APIs and Webservices to integrate SAP Ariba with other systems and applications. - Leverage SAP Ariba's API framework to create robust and scalable integrations. - Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve API and Webservice related issues. - Develop data migration scripts and tools to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP Ariba. - Transform data into the required format for seamless integration with SAP Ariba. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes. - Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in API and Webservice calls. - Implement caching mechanisms and other techniques to improve response times. - Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed. - Adhere to security best practices and implement security measures to protect sensitive data. - Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and integration projects. - Strong proficiency in API development and Webservice technologies (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON). - In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba's API framework and its capabilities. - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) - Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Certification in SAP Ariba or related technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
