Data Migration Specialist - Microsoft Dynamic 365/F&O

Title : Data Migration Specialist Job Description : Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and manage data migration projects from legacy systems to D365 F&O. - Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and determine mapping requirements. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using appropriate tools and techniques. - Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure successful data migration. - Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner. - Document data migration processes, procedures, and best practices. - Provide training and support to end-users on data migration-related activities. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least 3-5 years of experience in data migration roles. - Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically with D365 F&O. - Experience with project management tools (i.e Azure DevOps), - Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools (i.e. Azure Synapse Analytics, SSIS) - Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bonus: Experience in discrete manufacturing and multiple previous D365 F&O deployments from various ERP environments.
