Lead/Architect - Pega Platform

Role : Lead / Architect Skills : PEGA, PRPC Work Mode : WFO - Hybrid Position Overview : The position requires an experienced professional skilled in Business Process Management (BPM) with a strong emphasis on utilizing Pega's toolset for developing, deploying, and managing software solutions. The role will involve hands-on coding with Pega, process improvements, and implementing best practices in software development, especially focused on the Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). The individual is expected to have knowledge in continuous integration and deployment practices, application resiliency and security. Core Responsibilities : - BPM Proficiency : Use in-depth BPM expertise to streamline and optimize complex business workflows. - Pega Development : Utilize the Pega toolset to effectively design, build, test, and maintain applications that meet business needs. - Hands-On Coding : Perform hands-on coding in Pega, implementing updates and software enhancements. - Smart Investigate Experience : Apply Smart Investigate skills to optimize efficiencies in financial transaction processes. (Good to have) - Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) : Use Pega PRPC for workflow automation and to enhance business process optimization through rule-based Preferred Skills : - CI/CD Knowledge : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance software delivery. - Test-Driven Development (TDD) : Understanding of TDD practices to improve code quality and maintainability. - Application Resiliency and Security : Awareness of resiliency and security best practices to ensure reliable and secure applications.
