Full Stack Architect - Java/React.js

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of full-stack applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot. - Architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that meet the specific needs of manufacturing and warehousing industries. - Collaborate with product teams to define system requirements, design blueprints, and ensure that solutions align with business goals. - Provide technical leadership and design guidance to engineering teams for the implementation of robust architectures. - Proactively analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions to optimize infrastructure performance. - Coordinate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization to communicate technical decisions and align with broader business goals. - Provide expert troubleshooting for performance issues, system failures, and application bugs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. - Apply your deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to debug complex issues and propose efficient solutions. - Identify root causes of problems and optimize the architecture for better scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Identify opportunities for architectural improvements and propose new technologies, frameworks, and practices that can increase the quality and scalability of solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to full-stack development, cloud computing, and microservices. - Lead the adoption of new technologies and dev tools that can enhance development efficiency and deliver superior results. Technical Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years in an Architect or Senior Developer role with a focus on designing and delivering large-scale, production-ready applications. - Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. - Strong experience working with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana. - Familiarity with AppDynamics and Azure Databricks is a plus. - Backend Technologies : Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE. - Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and building microservices-based architectures. - Frontend Technologies : Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Angular (for full-stack responsibilities). - Database Management : Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. , MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Cloud & Infrastructure : Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Microservices Architecture : Expertise in designing microservices-based architectures with emphasis on high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems and address them efficiently with scalable, sustainable solutions. - API Design : Expertise in designing secure, efficient, and scalable RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services (ref:hirist.tech)
