Data Scientist - Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis

Job description. - Develop analytical solutions using data techniques, mathematical & statistical approaches, Business Domain Context, Perform time series, ARIMA, machine learning algorithms etc. - Update the code the model to minimize the variance for all the models to help business understand the root causes behind the variation. Use the learning to improve the overall modeling process. - Manage the process and quality of data collected for model build and refresh. Required Candidate profile. Soft Skills. - Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem solving ability. - Responsive and leads by example. - Project managing initiatives by working with other team members. - High adaptability to changing requirements customers dynamics work demands. Technical Skills : - Is an expert in Data access and analysis, has developed analytical models and solutions, and has working proficiency on tools like MS Office (Excel). - SQL Server, Google Big Query or other RDBMS tools. - SAS, Statistica, R, Python etc. - Proficient in data sensemaking skills. Required Experience : - Experience in building model using statistic techniques such as Time Series, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, Data Extraction, Data Processing, Process Design, Variance Analysis. - 6 to 8 years of hands on experience in building statistical model (preferably in Gaming Industry). - Must have excellent knowledge and programing capability R /Python.
