Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various Oracle EBS modules (e.g, Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS). - Design and implement solutions using Oracle EBS, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical support for Oracle EBS, including PL/SQL development, customization, and integration with other systems. - Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and training materials. - Train end-users on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices. - Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle EBS and provide recommendations for upgrades and optimizations. - Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A relevant of 6-12 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS. - Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (e.g, Financials, SCM, HRMS). - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other relevant technologies. - Experience with data migration, integration, and report development. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
