Golang Developer

Duties & Responsibilities : - Design, implement and deploy highly performant and scalable products and solutions. - Manage complex requirements into executable chunks and deliver them iteratively with high quality. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features and solutions. - Conduct detailed code reviews and provide feedback as needed. - Participate in and contribute to application/product design and architecture meetings. - Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative environment. - Deliver personal and team deadlines and goals. Qualifications and Requirements:. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or another related field. - We are looking for Software Engineers with a breadth of experience in several languages. - Ability to think strategically and execute with urgency. - Ability to make design choices based on manageability, scalability, resiliency, and security. - Desire to innovate and discover new technologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong communications and presentation skills. - Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment. - Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment. Desired Skills / Experience : - Development in languages such as Golang. - Work with responsive design framework. - Experience with microservices, SOA, and/or distributed architectures. - Deployments to Amazon Web Services. - Open-source software and dependency management. - Caching and in-memory database technologies. - Asynchronous/multi-threaded programming patterns.
