Solution Architect - AI/ML

Job Title : AI Technical Lead / Solution Anchor Job Summary: is looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead / Solution Anchor to lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for our global clients. As a solution anchor, you will drive the AI technical strategy, architecture, and ensure seamless execution of projects while mentoring teams and ensuring cutting-edge AI innovation. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and lead the development of scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business requirements. - Define AI solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. - Provide technical leadership to teams working on AI-driven projects, from ideation to production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define AI strategy, technical roadmaps, and deliverables. - Ensure the use of best practices in AI development, including MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring. - Lead technical troubleshooting and problem resolution in AI project implementations. - Stay informed on the latest AI/ML trends and recommend new technologies and approaches. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. - 7 years of experience in AI/ML project development and technical leadership. - Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and machine learning libraries. - Deep understanding of AI architecture, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers. - Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with edge AI, real-time systems, and ethical AI governance. - Strong background in AI/ML model optimization and deployment in large-scale environments. - Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are highly desirable.
