SAS Programmer

Salary : 12-20 LPA Role : SAS Developer based in Bengaluru Mode : Hybrid ( 3 hours) Exp : 4- 8 years Shift : 4:00 AM Onwards About the Role : We are seeking a talented and experienced SAS Developer to join our team. As a SAS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions using SAS tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement efficient data pipelines. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Design, develop, and test SAS programs using SAS DI Studio. - Utilize SAS and SQL for data manipulation and database management. - Execute ETL processes to integrate data from various sources. - Write and test new jobs and debug related code. - Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the data pipeline. - Identify and resolve data quality issues. - Implement data validation and cleansing techniques. - Provide support during production deployments. - Monitor data pipelines and resolve any issues that arise. - Work effectively with a team of data analysts, data engineers, and business users. - Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and Skills : - Strong proficiency in SAS programming, including SAS DI Studio and SAS Management Console. - In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Experience with UNIX/Linux environments. - Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques. - Knowledge of control-M or other scheduling tools (optional). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
