Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a 5 years Oracle EBS Developer at TalentAhead India Pvt. Ltd. located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data modeling, database management, Oracle Reports, ETL processes, and software development. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop data models to support Oracle EBS applications. - Manage and optimize database performance and integrity. - Create and maintain Oracle Reports for various business needs. - Implement and support ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Oracle EBS. - Develop and maintain software components within the Oracle EBS environment. - Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support. Required Skills : - 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer. - Strong proficiency in data modeling, database management, and Oracle Reports. - Experience with ETL processes and tools. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
