Azure Kubernetes Services Support Engineer

Role : Azure Kubernetes Services(AKS) Key Skills : DevOps CI/ CD, AKS, Grafana dashboards, PowerShell Required Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs Location : Hyderabad, Pune Notice Period : 15 Days or Less Job description : - Experience in DevOps CI CD, Build management and Release management. - Experience in Azure services like VMs, App services, Key vaults, and Azure storage - Proficient in Azure Kubernetes Services(AKS) cluster setup & Grafana dashboards. - Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA management, escalation. - Experience with Infrastructure management, supportability, networking & monitoring. - Experience in IAC like Terraform would be an additional advantage. - Azure AD Engineer who is passionate in research and provide solutions on Azure AD services. - Candidate should demonstrate great accountability, customer obsession and technical leadership. - Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting process improvements. - Improving internal efficiency and customer happiness by actively finding opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools. - Adapt response and extensive research as per customer response. - Live site handling for services and websites, updating trouble-shooting guides, metrics and monitors. - Drive bridges for high priority incidents, escalate to respective engineering owners as appropriate. - Good communicator at all levels and good at handling escalations. - Driving escalations towards closure by coordinating with multiple stake holders. - Good at documentation, positive attitude and facilitation. - Good negotiator and strong process understanding. - To determine the scope and to drive as per the process (ref:hirist.tech)
