SailPoint Architect - iAM/LDAP

Role Overview : We are seeking a talented SailPoint Architect to drive identity governance across our enterprise environments. As a pivotal member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to design and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that align with our business objectives and security standards. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure scalability and reliability. - Design and deploy SailPoint configurations, including connectors and workflows tailored to business needs. - Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management. - Develop and maintain custom connectors and workflows to streamline identity processes. - Guide teams on IAM best practices, ensuring adherence to security standards and optimization for performance. - Conduct thorough requirements gathering and gap analysis with stakeholders to align IAM solutions with business goals. - Mentor junior developers in IAM principles, SailPoint functionality, and coding standards. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of IAM standards and documentation. Qualifications : - 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong proficiency in Java and BeanShell, with demonstrated experience using SailPoint APIs for customization and integration. - Familiarity with databases, directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), and web services (REST, SOAP). - Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- - Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, ForgeRock, or CyberArk. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment and automation. - Relevant certifications in SailPoint or other IAM solutions (e.g, Certified Identity Management Professional) (ref:hirist.tech)
