Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Location : Hyderabad/Pune. Job Type: Full Time. Job Mode: Work from Office. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days. About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with Java & React to join our team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing complex software solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot or other frameworks. - Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Optimize application performance and security. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Design and develop user-friendly and responsive web applications using React. - Leverage state management solutions like Redux or Context API. - Implement front-end best practices, including accessibility and performance optimization. - Integrate front-end with back-end services. - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to bring products to life. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in both front-end and back-end components. - Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends. - Lead and mentor a team of Java and React developers. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. - Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders. - Estimate and prioritize tasks. - Deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in Java development. - 4 years of experience in React development. - Strong proficiency in Java Core concepts, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. - Solid understanding of React, JavaScript, and related technologies. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a team. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
