Summary : As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Web Components to develop and maintain applications that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Must To Have Skills : Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
