SAP Developer - ABAP & S/4 HANA

Responsibilities : - Development & Customization : Design, develop, and implement customized ABAP programs, reports, workflows, and interfaces to extend and enhance core functionalities within SAP S/4 HANA. - Data Modeling & Optimization : Utilize your knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS) views to create efficient data models for optimized data access and reporting. - Fiori Development : Develop user-friendly Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services to improve user experience and operational efficiency. - Performance Optimization : Analyze and optimize existing ABAP code for optimal performance on the SAP HANA platform. - Integration Expertise : Integrate SAP S/4 HANA systems with third-party applications through APIs, web services, and IDoc interfaces. - Business Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Testing & Documentation : Conduct unit testing and support other testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future reference. - Troubleshooting & Support : Identify and resolve ABAP program and HANA database query issues, providing technical support to users. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP S/4 HANA development, embracing new technologies and trends. Requirements : - 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP developer with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities. - ABAP Expertise : In-depth knowledge of ABAP language syntax, object-oriented programming (ABAP OO), and development tools. - HANA Knowledge : Experience with SAP HANA database concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques. - Fiori & UI5 Skills : Familiarity with developing Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services. - Integration Experience : Knowledge of integrating SAP systems with external applications through APIs and web services. - Business Acumen : Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across various departments. - Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. - Learning Agility : A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA developments (ref:hirist.tech)
