Technical Architect - Full Stack Development

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in React.js, NestJS, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in designing, architecting, and leading the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall system architecture, making critical technical decisions, and guiding the team through the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js for the frontend and NestJS for the backend, with MongoDB as the primary database. - Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define the technical direction and architecture of the product. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, architecture, and testing. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services as required. - Ensure that the architecture supports microservices-based, loosely coupled applications with an emphasis on performance and reliability. - Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. - Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards and guidelines. - Lead technical evaluations of new tools, platforms, and technologies and determine their suitability for the product. - Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues, scalability concerns, and performance bottlenecks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend and backend technologies, cloud computing, and distributed systems. Required Skills : - Frontend : Strong experience in React.js (including Hooks, Context API, Redux) and proficiency in modern frontend development practices. - Backend : Expertise in NestJS or Node.js with TypeScript, along with knowledge of building and deploying scalable backend services. - Database : Extensive experience with MongoDB, designing database schemas, and ensuring performance at scale. - Microservices Architecture : Deep understanding of microservices and distributed system architectures. - API Development : Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern web development standards. - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scaling. - Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for container orchestration. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading development teams in an agile environment. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack web application architecture. - Proven experience in leading teams and architecting solutions in large-scale production environments. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). - Familiarity with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB, such as Cassandra or Redis. - Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices and automation testing frameworks. - Experience with performance tuning, scaling, and monitoring complex applications.
