Experience Required : Minimum 4 years Client : LTIM Payroll Company : Intverse IT Solutions Pvt Ltd Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Base Location : Hyderabad Work Location : As per preference, PAN India Work Mode : Remote/Hybrid/Office (subject to company policy) Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support scalable, high-performance applications. - Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka, ensuring efficient data communication and processing between services. - Integrate Kafka for message-driven architecture, enabling robust, asynchronous communication between microservices. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between the front-end and backend systems. - Work on end-to-end implementation of event-driven architectures using Kafka for high-volume, low-latency data processing. - Optimize application performance, ensure fault tolerance, and handle error logging in distributed systems. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to configure and manage Kafka brokers, topics, and partitions for optimal performance. - Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure the backend services are well-tested and stable. - Contribute to system design discussions, review architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to backend services, Kafka message brokers, and microservices. - Collaborate with front-end developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and services. Technical Skills : - Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. - Hands-on experience with Kafka for message-driven architecture. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous communication. - Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (React.js/Angular.js) is a plus. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage. - Proficiency in version control systems like : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot. - Strong experience with Kafka in building scalable and real-time applications. - Excellent problem-solving and communication are required to provide proof of employment for all previous work experience, including a Provident Fund (PF) account and Form 16 for verification purposes.
