ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITIL Modules

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITIL processes, and application development. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. - Create and manage workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance service delivery. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform. - Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to leverage in projects. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Must-Have Skills : - Strong experience with ServiceNow Development and administration. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization. - Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Experience with ServiceNow's integration capabilities (REST, SOAP). - Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB and Service Portal. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills : - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
