ServiceNow Architect - HRSD Module

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Enterprise-level Architecture & Design : - Architect and design platforms at an enterprise scale, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. ServiceNow Expertise : - Proficient in multiple ServiceNow modules, including CMS, Custom Apps, Custom Integrations, SPM, HRSD, ITMS, etc. Implementation Projects : - Extensive experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementation projects. - Must be familiar with domain-separated instances and encryption/decryption practices. Process Standardization : - Provide innovative solutions for process standardization and improvements across the platform. Certifications : - Must hold one or more relevant certifications in ServiceNow (list certifications if specific ones are preferred). Cross-functional Team Collaboration : - Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and communication between departments. Desirable Experience : - Experience in the Finance, Accounting, and Operations (FAO) domain is a plus. Global Client Engagement : - Experience in engaging and delivering solutions for global clients.
