Project Manager - Salesforce

Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage our Salesforce projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and a proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Project Planning and Execution : - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Team Leadership : - Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and business users. - Foster a collaborative environment to encourage team engagement and performance. - Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues. Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
