Lead .Net Developer

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong Angular skills to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high-quality software solutions, leading teams, and driving projects from conception to completion. You will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative applications while mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities : - Lead Development Projects : Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, promoting best practices in coding and design. - Architecture Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and maintainable application architectures using .NET and Angular. - Code Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement unit testing strategies. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and UI/UX designers, to deliver high-quality products. - Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance development processes and tools. - Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, design specifications, and development processes. Required Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience : 10 to 14 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core. - Strong experience with Angular (version 2 and above). - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
