SQL Developer - Database Design & Maintainance

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with strong skills in SSIS and SSRS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to support business operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain SQL databases, including data modeling, design, and implementation. - Create, deploy, and manage ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. - Design, develop, and deploy reports and dashboards using SSRS, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide actionable insights. - Optimize SQL queries and database performance to enhance application efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for database and reporting solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and security. - Document technical specifications, data flows, and reporting structures. - Stay updated on best practices and new technologies related to SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an SQL Developer with a strong focus on SSIS and SSRS. - Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database management. - Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS. - Strong knowledge of SSRS for creating complex reports and visualizations. - Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data integration tools. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture. - Familiarity with other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
