Job Description : - Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FI Team Lead to oversee and guide our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) implementation and support initiatives. - In this leadership role, you will manage a team of SAP FI consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality financial solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and industry best practices. What You Will Be Doing : - Lead and manage a team of SAP FI consultants in the design, implementation, and support of SAP FI solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SAP FI configurations. - Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and quality standards in the implementation and support processes. - Stay updated on SAP FI advancements, regulatory changes, and industry trends, providing recommendations for improvements to clients and internal teams. - Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting of SAP FI issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Qualifications : - 10 years of experience in SAP FI consulting, with a strong background in implementation and support. - Previous experience in a team lead or management role, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding and mentoring team members. - In-depth knowledge of SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and financial reporting. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
