GENERAL DESCRIPTION/ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. - Implement and enforce security protocols to protect company data and systems. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for system improvements.
